As described in our March 23rd email, we are very pleased to announce our important global alliance with MBA-Exchange.com. MBA-Exchange.com is the international marketplace for top business talent. Business school students and alumni explore career opportunities while employers recruit mid- and top-level managers. Based in Switzerland, the company was founded 7 years ago by a Wharton and INSEAD alumnus and has now over 80,000 registered candidates and 800 active companies.

Every month (around the 15th) we will send out this Featured Jobs email to all Members listing opportunities from MBA-Exchange.com. They are taking over our recruiting services and will focus on corporations who want to expand globally and hire around the world locally.

In return, MBA GlobalNet is creating an Entrepreneur Marketplace within their Membership Area.

Therefore, the combined recruiting and venture marketplace services of the two companies reach over 100,000 MBA alumni and students.

      THIS MONTH

    1. Cost-Effective Waste Rubber Recycling Solution .

Supported by patents of the USA, Russia, and Belarus, this turnkey technology could transform how rubber, primarily in the form of worn tires, is recycled. Contrary to current processes, this solution is less expensive, economically feasible, and environmentally friendly. The technology is commercially available. Two recycling plants (fixed and mobile) are operating economically today.

    2. Inexpensive Device Makes More Effective and Powerful Industrial Bleach .

This technology eliminates the current problems associated with using a much more effective bleaching process (high equipment costs and hazardous waste as by-product) in manufacturing facilities by transforming Chlorine Dioxide into an environmentally-safe and economically feasible method. Plus, due to a new device, it can be used in many more ways.

    3. Proprietary Compression Algorithm for Streaming Video -- Perfect For Cell Phones .

Taken as a suite of four patents (3 pending and one issued in 1999), these digital color imaging technologies use proprietary compression algorithms that can reduce image file size by up to 90.56% over competing methods, and make possible high-quality streaming color video to small devices such as cell phones. Opportunity to gain competitive advantages by adopting this technology for your new products.

      FROM FEBRUARY

    4. Breathable Fabric (Material) That Doesn’t Let Water In . These non-porous films are impermeable to liquids, yet are vapor breathable. The selected chemistry enables very low costs. It is useful in many products that require a liquid barrier which also has the ability to transport vapor. Potential applications include: Mattress covers, sports apparel and "active wear" clothing, sleeping bags, medical gowns, laboratory aprons, protective gloves, and clothing worn while handling hazardous materials. This technology could find applications in geotextiles, construction products under siding or under roofs on buildings, light weight tents and temporary structures, and wood structures. (4/06)

    5. Revolutionary (Green) Nature-Based Method To Kill Pesticides, Especially Ants and Termites. Proven to work, this patent was awarded in December 2005, with more pending, for a technique to deploy a fungus as a natural agent that attracts and kill termites and ants. With this solution, insect guards can not identify the infected insects and these termites and ants carry the pesticide to their nests fatally infecting the queen and her entire colony. (4/06) .

    6. Turning Waste Into Combustible Fuel Pellets . The technology has been in constant use for five years at a paper recycling mill in the Netherlands. It is available for demonstration, testing, and further work. Currently, its pellet output is being sold to power plants and cement plants. In Europe, these pellets are regularly used as an industrial fuel. The output of the pelletizing process is energy-equivalent to coal, but cheaper to produce. The high plastic content of the pellets make them consistent, and easy to ship and store. (4/06) .

      New Opportunities

#1) Launch Team Forming For Process Patent (for Search Engines) -- Pinpoint emails were sent this week to mainly internet experts. Our client has a patent process pending that involves taking current search technology and combining an interactive, intelligent avatar with the ability to interact (and shop for you, among other ideas).

#2) Earn an equal commission fee: We are working with a MBA GlobalNet Member who is connected to a firm that is monitizing contracts greater than $2M. -- We will equally share our fee (split 3 ways) with introductions to companies who want a creative way to finance their business by monitizing their multi-year, cash-producing business contracts.

We are seeking opportunities to introduce company CFOs and CEOs to a unique contract monetization resource. This resource is interested in monetizing existing contracts valued at US$2M or more. Contracts must be with a single entity and could be one year to multiple years in duration. Financial firm involved conducts extensive due diligence and provides a fair risk/return on all of its structured deal. This is not a lender of last resort situation, but perfect for a growing company, seeking expansion capital, who possesses a sound contract with a top-notch company. For further information, please email us at bizdev01@mbaglobalnet.com.

PLEASE RESPOND ASAP:  If you believe you can talk about one of these topics by phone with an inquisitive hedge fund manager, please contact us at talent@mbaglobalnet.com with your resume and provide the question you can answer.
